4 Bed Villa in Town, 10m Pool, Kid Slide, Pool Fence, BBQ, Outdoor Lounges
10/10 Excellent
"Great property with plenty of outside space. Lots of things available if you have kids..table football, play area, inflatables for the pool etc. Many different seating areas outside if you wish to stay out of the sun. Lounger mattresses in need of a clean, they were very dusty, but to be fair it was so windy it is probably hard to keep them clean with sand blowing. The sand was in the pool too, despite keeping the cover on it when not in use, but the pool man visited once while we were there to clean it. Huge lounge & well equipped kitchen, separate drinks fridge a bonus! Great choice of channels on tv, especially sport for the boys. Comfy beds and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The hairdryer in the master bedroom needs replacing & the hairdryers generally are small travel type ones. The villa was generally clean apart from the floors, but again this was probably sand blowing in. The separate toilet needs attention, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from there. The fourth bedroom is accessed from outside the villa (but still within the grounds) not ideal especially if you have young children. The views from the roof terrace were lovely, there was a cafe, bar & pizza place just at the end of the road, which was very handy. More bars & restaurants within 10 minute walk & about a 25 minute stroll to the beach, it's uphill back, but taxis available & cheap. Great communication with the owner & the manager Matias. All in all a lovely villa & we enjoyed our stay."
"There isn't anything l didn't like about it. I love it there and have stayed three times now. The staff are always nice and friendly especially suniaie ( not sure if l have spelt that right) the nice young lady on reception.
It's close to everything. It's nice and clean it has everything you need. The pool is lovely."
"Fantastic, me and my daughter stayed here and it feels like home, no aircon, no fancy lifts, just a good basic authentic feeling hotel, fantastic for the price! "
"We've visited Fuerteventura a few times now, and stayed in this area each time.
We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice.
We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great.
The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too.
Staff were bang on point, and proper looked after us whilst celebrating a special date for us too.
Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and the air-con did a great job keeping us cool. There were no towels in the room on arrival, but I went to the front desk after waiting a while for some to be brought to our room and the staff gave me a couple of pool towels to get us through until the towels arrived the next day with housekeeping. No big deal at all.
One thing that was different to other hotels I've stayed in is that we had to pay to use the room safe. €3 Euro's a day, so €21 for the week. I only mention this so you know what to expect before booking or on arrival.
Like I said at the beginning, we normally stay in the 5 star next door, but I will happily be returning here again when visiting Fuerteventura.
If you need a good affordable place to eat nearby I cannot recommend the Fado Rock Steakhouse enough. It's a 10-15 minute walk away. I eat there every night I'm on the island.
The Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort is a hotel I definitely recommend."
"Absolutely amazing week here with my partner, super accommodating property! Comfy beds, amazing central location making 20 minutes the furthest you'll have to walk to anything! And the pool was absolutely amazing!"
"Lovely hotel with amazing staff , all needs were tended too, the hotel is in a great location I would suggest a sea view room, the drinks package could be better, for a 4 star the cocktails were mixers and the overall standard of local drinks was very weak "
