"I was not happy at all. I went to check in and they sounded confused. So confused, my daughter and I didn’t receive a bracelet for the pool. Then to top it off, I reserved all the 3 rooms the same, my daughter received a room with no balcony, I found out the next day. I was so upset, I didn’t go out at all. At 6:27am the next day, grounds maintenance decide to cut the grass and st 7:00 am use a leaf blower on the property. What a way to spend a day, I thought I was going to at least sleep. For me it was a horrible experience. Never again. "
