"Ocean view was great! Sound of the waves were beautiful. The noise level of other things was fairly loud (neighbours, bands on the beach). Honestly with the ac on it was fine. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the maids did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet was hard to eat at so if you’re looking for western food, skip the all inclusive and eat out. Loved having a bus stop so close and an OXXO. Typical 3\*"

"The preferred setup was fantastic. The ocean front rooms and the outside tub were special. The room service was a tad slow but worth it. The spa extras were reasonably priced but the hydro massage was not worth the effort. We don't golf but there were many golfers staying there and the course was beautiful.
