#### My review is based on experience of staying at the three different condos during my visit in Mexico.

We rented multiple houses on different sites and I always read reviews. I would like to write a good review but… The good thing is that the property is located in Playacar, a safe gated community, close to the multiple restaurants and the 5th ave. TV and AC in every room. Manager response was fast but not always nice. Pool is clean. Patio is clean and nice. Condo is clean but needs to be fixed/updated in some areas. Kitchen is tiny but has all needed kitchen supplies. Not so good things… The house is located between two busy roads, making it loud for nearly every hour of the day. Also the local airport runway is located near the condo. The condo needs updates. Furniture and linens are very old - broken, torn etc. TV was broken in one of the rooms when we arrived. When asked the manager to fix it. He replied “You can still see the picture”. TV was changed in couple of days. The manager has a tendency to come to the condo while you are not there without asking for permission. There is a camera in the living room, make sure to unplug it when you arrive, manager sees everything. Be aware, you will be charged for water and electricity usage after your stay. There is additional $20 late check in fee (after 10 pm). Beach towels were not in the unit, we had to ask a manager to bring them. Shampoo and conditioner were not in the bathroom even though in the description of the unit they were offered. The view from the balcony is not as beautiful as advertised. The white clean wall on the photo from the balcony is very dirty and has multiple different AC units of another building. On the other side of the condo, construction building (construction work during the night). There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher in the unit. Once one of the toilets was clogged, we asked a manager for help. His response “You need to go to the store and buy acid to fix it”. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as advertised.
