Un grand merci à Astrid de la réception pour son amabilité et disponibilité. Un peu de bruit de la route qui passe à quelques centaines de mètres mais l'établissement met à disposition ce qu'il faut pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. »

« This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever...

« Everything was nice, the service at the front desk was fantastic. The location was great because it was very close to the beach and a safe distance from the noisy bars at night. It was possible to snorkel right in front of the hotel and even better spots at a few minutes of walking on the beach. The only small negative comment would be the kitchen that was lacking some tools and basic items like salt and pepper. »

« Le logement était magnifique. Le ménage était impeccable et le personnel du nettoyage était toujours aux petits soins et attentionné. Les lits sont confortables. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres, climatisation au top avec option ventilateur. On était proche d’une piscine moins fréquentée, c’était super pratique car on pouvait en profiter durant la sieste de notre fils de 3 ans. »

"Le personnel était formidable. Tout l'équipe était souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré la selection de nourriture, bar à pizza, sushi, café, bar à collation ouvert 24/7, un buffet et trois restaurants. La chambre était vraiment belle et propre. La piscine était asser grosse et très belle. Les bars étaient tousse excellent et d'excellent brevage à volonté. La proximié à la ville était formidable et directement sur l'océan. Nous avons adoré la vue de notre chambre. "

"Oui c’était parfait , sauf le service de taxi pour aéroport . L’affichage était 30$ us de 5 à 8 personnes . Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et la personne de l’hôtel a la porte , nous a arranger un chauffeur de taxi à 60 $ us au lieu de $ 30\. !! Ce qui nous a semblé un arrangement avec le chauffeur de taxi . Pour le reste du séjour à l’hôtel , c’était impeccable . Merci . "
