Welcome to Margaritas by Caribbean Dream, your private penthouse in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Enjoy endless hours on your private rooftop deck, lounging in your private hot tub, grilling on your BBQ, or working on your tan in the outdoor pool.  
  
Enjoy 2,000 square feet (187 m2) of living space spread over 2 floors. This smoke-free apartment has been remodeled and is constituted by a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms with closets and safes, 3 full bathrooms with both rainfall and telephone showerheads and 2 balconies. It also has a private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, palapa, BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Guests will appreciate conveniences like free WiFi access, a washer/dryer, fans and A/C in every room and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Housekeeping is provided on a limited basis. Free self parking is also provided.   
  
Margaritas by Caribbean Dream has a privileged location, only 5-minute walk from a large supermarket where guests can shop for supplies. Vibrant 5th Avenue, a popular commercial street offering shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, is 10-minute walk away. And the beautiful Caribbean beach is 10-minute walk away.  
  
Cancún and the International Airport both can be reached in a 50-minute drive, while Xcaret Eco-theme Park is 15-minute drive from Playa del Carmen.
