This luxurious apartment is located in the Corazón de Playa del Carmen, and the district of bars and restaurants and malls. Just one street from the famous 5th Avenue and one street to the beach. A place to taste yourself surrounded by luxury facilities and an amazing rooftop overlooking the ocean  
The space  
This luxurious two bedroom apartment with balcony is fully equipped with kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, is furnished with a king size bed, black out curtains, and a private bathroom with amenities and rain shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and full bathroom with rain shower. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed and full private bathroom with rain shower. There are 2 comfortable double sofa beds in the living room. Perfect for families or large groups.

In the building, you will have access to one of the most sought-after rooftops in Playa del Carmen , with 360-degree panoramic ocean views, where you can relax in our lounge rooms by the pool or the hot tubs while enjoying the view and a cocktail at the bar.  
Other things to note  
The building is located in heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, and the restaurant and shopping district. Just a short block to the beach and the famous 5th Avenue.  
Parking options are the parking meter at 10 pesos per hour or there is a covered parking with 24-hour service 2 blocks away called Tendenza.
