We were there during high season so it was pretty noisy. We had not been to Playa for 13 years and were shocked at how much the beach has eroded and at the sargassum situation. The place was very comfortable, spacious for our family of 6 and in a fantaetic location. The staff on site was very friendly and helpful when needed as well. I would like to recommend that the pool has some specific quiet hours so that families with children know when it will be appropriate to play at the pool without complaints from residents of noisy children. This may allow for other residents to know when they can expect some quiet relaxation time around the common pool without children playing around them. Condo was very clean, kitchen was recently updated and it's beautiful. Condo was large enough for the 5 adults. We ate our breakfast on the balcony every morning over looking the pool and the beach. Building staff and the property manager are very helpful and friendly.
