Recharge your batteries and get inspired. Come and enjoy the magnificent of the Caribbean Sea! -Parking street always available. -24 hours security into the building. You have access to all facilities; rooftop with a nice ocean view pool which is always almost empty, so you can really relax in this place. In case you rent a bike, there is a room with key where you can park it safely. And of course you have access to all what you find inside the apartment. As I know very well the city and service providers, I always support my guests to find right prices to: -Book a car (at probably half of the price you are going to find it with a normal car rental agency) -Get a diving certificate (PADI) -Dive -Snorkel tours in the best beaches like "Playa el Cielo". -Night snorkel tour (a unique experience in shallow water where you don’t even need to know how to swim. Provided only by one local company) -Rent a boat -Find tours to arrive to places where you need a boat It'll be a pleasure to help you organize a good overall experience and make your planning process easier and cheaper!

Far and quiet
I loved the apartment but the pool does not look in real what it looks on the photo. It was very difficult to get to tge beach for me as a stranger. And also difficult to be in central PDC. I did not think it was that far walking. But it is in real 36 blocks away. So if you can afford taxi everytime, i also appreciated security of the building. But there is no security on the streets obviously being so far from center.

All in all, a very pleasant stay!
Close to everything, a little more than a block from 5th avenue. Nice people at the property, clean quiet neighborhood. The pool came in handy when I didn’t feel like going to the beach! Lots of places to get provisions close to the property. The security guard was a nice guy as well, so was the lady who cleaned the common area.

Great location in North side of playa del Carmen
Great place to stay in playa very clean and it has everything you need to for a great stay The pictures are very accurate its beautifully designed and Javier is very good with keeping you in touch he gets back to you in orderly fashion, we will definitely stay again.
