A few minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, away from the noise but close enough to dozens of Cenotes and excellent beaches. The rooms were perfect size for my wife and kids, the veranda was great to have breakfast and the private balcony was another great addition to our stay. We had dinner up there several nights, enjoyed the warm breeze and gazed at the stars. Andy was an excellent host! He responded promptly to our texts, provided answers to all of our questions and made sure that every accommodation was in order. I highly recommend staying at this location!
