This penthouse features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 private terrace, full kitchen, dining room, and living area. The main bedroom has 1 king bed, closet, TV, private bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, private balcony, closet, bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, extractor, refrigerator and kitchen elements. The room has a smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a balcony with a view of the complex. The terrace area has its own hot tub, a spacious living room, and a half bathroom. Additionally, it has access to the building's rooftop from the terrace. The building has comfortable spaces to make your stay more pleasant, such as a gym, meeting room, and a rooftop with a pool, tables, and chairs to enjoy the city view. Everything went smoothly. We received the building and apartment codes in advance, so we moved in without any issues. Our concierge, Carlos, responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The penthouse has everything you could need in a home if you're self-sufficient. The apartment also has mosquito nets so you can always get plenty of ventilation and don't necessarily have to turn on the air conditioning. We thought this was very good.
