This 2-level PH with a private rooftop pool covering an area of 1,200 square feet and 2 bedrooms. This Condominium has its own private terrace of 850 square feet and 300 square feet in 2 additional balconies. The rooms, located at opposite ends, offer privacy and comfort. Just 1.5 blocks from the beach and the famous 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen and 3 blocks from the beach, its location is ideal. This spacious 2-bedroom and 4-bathroom condominium, decorated with a modern and vibrant style, is perfect for couples or families. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, spacious closet, 58" Smart TV with Netflix and digital safe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, private bathroom. Additionally, all areas have air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with balcony and dining room for 6 people. The private rooftop terrace has an outdoor shower, dining area and sunbeds, with views of the jungle and typical Playa rooftops. From the terrace, there is direct access to the common area of the building, which has a pool, sunbeds and free WiFi.
