Tengan cuidado si reservan por EXPEDIA, a la hora de mi salida argumentaron que no tenían el pago de la reservación, que ya había sido cargado a mi tarjeta por EXPEDIA , y fui OBLIGADO a dejar un voucher adicional con el cobro de mi estancia, me parece increíble que nunca me dijeron nada hasta que hice el CHECK OUT y con prisa para tomar su autobús para ir al aeropuerto. Pésimo trato al cliente!!!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Xcaret Arte for a Special Occasion Two years ago, my experience at Xcaret Arte was stellar, prompting me to choose this location once again for another milestone - my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, this visit has not lived up to the previous standard, leading me to reconsider my recommendation of this hotel. Despite booking five rooms directly through the hotel based on the promise of enhanced service, our experience has been anything but satisfactory. A primary issue has been the unavailability of the Michelin star restaurants. Despite assurances that the booking of these highly sought-after dining experiences would be managed on our behalf, upon arrival, we found them completely booked. This oversight has significantly impacted our celebration, as no accommodations could be made for our large party. The difference between our current experience and the one from two years ago is night and day. Previously, every detail was handled with care, ensuring a memorable celebration. This time, the lack of attention to our specific needs and the failure to secure important aspects of our trip has left us deeply disappointed. For those considering Xcaret Arte for a special occasion or group event, I would advise caution. The inconsistency in service and failure to deliver on promises may mar your experience as it did ours. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend Xcaret Arte at this time.

Where do I begin with? First of all. The pool and beach hours they closed everything at 1900 or earlier. So when you finished visiting the parks and do other stuff the pool is closed. I don’t even got to enjoy the pool and the beach much. Unlike other hotels. I think they keep everything open until 2100 or something like that. This hotel is expensive and the food are cheap. No high quality food. The taste is so disappointed some of the restaurants are only open to “VIP” guests. And if you want to eat there. You have to pay!!!! What happened to all inclusive hotels!!! I already paid a lot !!!! Just don’t go. If you want to visit the parks just buy the passes. Stay somewhere else.
