Getting Around: The property is conveniently located about 36 miles (58 km) from Cancun International Airport. Guests can park two cars in the designated parking spaces right in front of the house. Public transportation and taxis are easily accessible within a 10-minute walk. Other Things to Note: \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. \- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. \- Pets are not allowed. \- Electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive! The AC units will cool down the spaces very quickly when you return. At night, please use the bedroom AC only with the door closed to other spaces. For long-term stays (28 nights and more) electricity is not included. After each stay, the consumption will be verified, and you will have to pay accordingly for the usage at a rate of $6 MXN / KW. \- We provide a few home/bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash bags, but keep in mind these items are not replenished. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. \- There is valuable artwork and original paintings throughout the property. Although it is kid-friendly, please ensure children are supervised and do not leave them unattended near the artwork. \- Anything left on the floor near the tub will get wet. Please ensure to lift any items off the floor after use to avoid water damage. The owner will assume no responsibility for any items left on the floor that may get wet. \- Please note that in the master bathroom, there is a staircase leading to the owner’s closet. This area is locked and off-limits to guests.
