The rental contract requires a large cash deposit. They spent 10 minutes counting all our towels at checkout before returning it. The wifi never worked. 2 toilets were broken and took 2 days to finally fix. One leaked all over the floor. The main ac was broken. Issues required multiple requests before being resolved. The employees of Playa Moments are very kind and they always treated us with special attention. Eveything was cleaned, and they changed the towels and clean the room almost every day. The location is great, walking distance to Playa Mamitas and many great restaurants in 5th Avenue.Highly recommended. Reviewer Comments: The stay in Playa Del Carmen was very good. The condo was a great stay for the ten of us. The condo was situated about a 5 minute walk from all the bars/shops and 10 minutes from the beach. The condo was very well kept. The water would not drain in two of the showers but once notified, the staff took care of it before we got back from the beach. The condo included free water which was great. The pool was good for a nice cool down after walking around the streets during the afternoon. Overall a very nice stay for a big group headed down for Spring Break.
