Floor to ceiling glass windows open for a great breeze, accompanied by blackout shades in the bedrooms and living room. The Master suite has a King size bed, tv, safe and is located just outside of the bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the balcony connects to this room as well as the kitchen. The living room in this condo is a smaller size, and DOES NOT HAVE TV. There are laundry facilities in the building, and is managed by the reception desk. Please speak to the front desk if you would like to use the washer and dryer, there is a cost for the coins. Soap is not provided. Condo Details: \* Plenty of closet space \* Flat screen SmartTVs \* Fully equipped kitchen \* Private balcony \* Include a 5 gallon purified drinking water in the unit Enjoy the amenities usually reserved for hotels: \* Reception area \* Gym \* Courtyard filled with plants \* Rooftop pool \* Business Center ELECTRICITY CHARGES: In order to keep our prices low, 25 kW(Nov-May)/30 kW(June-Oct) per day are included in the price, for stays up to one week. After that, the guest is responsible for the electricity charges, at $0.35 per kW. To avoid extra charges & be at ease, we recommend to set the AC at 25 degrees. The extra fee is usually only charged to those staying longer than a week. Often the cost is around $5-7 per day if there is a charge. MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
