Amazing studio in a new building near to the beach just 2 blocks away from the new 5th avenue, located in a local and cultural zone that you would have a lovely experience visiting this area nevertheless very near to the downtown of Playa del Carmen (1.3 Km/0.8Mi).  
  
The studio its located at the 4 floor of the condominium MAYALUN 58 one floor down from the espectacular rooftop with the pool.   
  
The condominium has elevator and 24/7 private security also has bicycle parking in a safety place   
  
 Very welcome!!, My home its your home.
