"Beautiful boutique hotel. Great staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful location and views. Small gym and nice spa. Great range of food at breakfast. Get a duplex room on the top floor- the views are worth it! You can walk out onto the promenade from the hotel with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The private beach is a wonderful addition too and they offer waiter service for drinks and food."

"Great location. We received a free upgrade and the room was large with 2 double beds, balcony with room for a small table and 2 chairs with sea view. The bathroom was a shower over the bath and there was a wardrobe and a small fridge. No kettle and has a TV. Has air con. Requires updating and the shows are on until 11:30 pm so it is very loud. Staff were helpful. Lovely pools. Buffet style restaurant."

"Staff were very helpful and cheerful at all times.We stayed bed and breakfast.The breakfast was absolutely delicious.A superb selection of food ,and the staff were exceptional.Nothing was too much.The hotel must be very proud to have such a dedicated and hardworking team.The rooms were very clean and comfortable, Towels exchanged every day .The rooms were cleaned and beds made every day too. The amenities were great, especially the rooftop bar with entertainment.The hotel’s position is pretty central and two minutes away from beach. All in all a very nice hotel,surrounded by some lovely restaurants and bars.Fifteen minutes walk from the marina with lots of bars and restaurants.If you’re looking for a nice hotel with exceptional service this is the one for you."

"Arrived slightly earlier than check in but room was ready ... Very clean with water and towel animal waiting for us, which the kids loved. All members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool area did become a little cluttered at times with cups and paper plates but otherwise all clean. Entertainment staff did not stop, kids loved the pool entertainment, especially the foam party! Nice touch having Benny the tiger visit at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner food quality was great, all fresh better than expected. Egg station was fab. Did try lunch once as was half board and could swap dinner over but dinner was much nicer, room for lunch abit bleak. Location wise, abit of a walk into main area but we knew that and didn't want to be in the main drag - still plenty of restaurants and bars near by. 5 mins walk to the beach. Daily cinema, football pitch, padle court, separate spa area with lounge beds, all clean. Hotel feels like it should be busy given the size but never waited for anything. Was on floor 5 above pub but didn't hear the entertainment. Would stay again if in the area."

"I spent several days at this hotel during high season and I was very pleased. People were quiet, no parties or anything bad or weird to report. The room was very clean with a decent sized windows, with a perfectly working shower. I cannot write anything about the food, since I did not eat there (I preferred going by the beach), but I saw people every day at the restaurant. I assume it must be good. The hotel could use a bit more of love regarding the carpets in the corridors that lead to the rooms. They are well isolated and you could hear a bit the neighbors only if they move furniture, etc. The water in the pool could also be better taken care of, since there were floating stuff almost every day, and it could definitely benefit from adding more chlorine and balancing the ph. There were always long chairs available around the pool, and I especially appreciated having palms around to provide shade. I would definitely recommend it/come back"

"We had a lovely time on our family holiday and enjoyed the facilities of this 4 star hotel. The rooms though dated are still well appointed and are due to be upgraded this winter. Would consider going back as long as the upgrades don’t increase the price too much. Special mention to the panorama bar, terraza and tiki bar"
