"I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. "

"The rooms are great; clean, modern and a good size. The pool area is great, although on check in they said it doesn’t open until 2pm everyday. Thankfully we were able to use it before then, but that needs seen to. The big let down for me was the reception staff. They just acted so apathetic and didn’t give off a friendly vibe. We also asked to use the pool a few days before we checked in as we had a few hours we had to kill on the island and they tried to charge me for it, even though I had a booking. I made a bit of a fuss and in the end they agreed as long as I paid for my reservation there and then. I did not use it in the end as hotel Barranca across the road (whom I also had a reservation with) very happily allowed us to use the pool. I wouldn’t stay at Ninfa again due to the poor customer service and apathetic attitude of the reception staff. But the hotel itself is good and the breakfast is good. "
