I have just returned from my 3rd holiday in this hotel. I had a newly refurbished room which was light and welcoming, such a difference to last years very tired and worn room. The staff as usual were a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble.

As your approach the Noelia Sur it does look impressive – it has a large glass fronted canopy with steps leading up.
Service on Reception was slow,
The location was fine for us, but it was a good 15 minute walk at the beach.
The bedroom was large and pretty standard. Sleep quality was really good.
The room was cleaned every day .
The bathroom was large, clean and modern.
The restaurant was on the lower ground floor and was very modern, bright and well laid out. There were loads of tables and numerous counters for food. At breakfast and dinner there was load of choice.
I was disappointed with the pool are for a number of reasons, it was clean and well kept but so badly laid out. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos and freezing cold as spends most of its time in the shade.
I would stay at the hotel again if I got a good deal. The location was fine for us and it did what it said on the tin. It not super flash or fancy but clean and the food is good – and there was no kids – yey!

Great location for everything and great facilities at the hotel but please spend the money and update the rooms having very old furniture and a TV that has to be 25years old with a poor picture makes the room nothing more than 3 stars.
I booked this hotel for my 77th birthday and was really pleased with everything. The food could not be faulted.
On my birthday one of the hotel staff came to my door with a bottle of champagne and a birthday card.
It was a lovely surprise.I would book this hotel again

"Nice family hotel close to beach, shops and bars."
A central hotel within the resort providing good food and entertainment. A relaxing foyer with nice comfy chairs and sofas!!
Pool area nice and clean with plenty sun beds and a lifeguard on duty at all times.
All staff were very friendly and accommodating to any request.
The restaurant is self service with a large selection of hot and cold food, drinks and fruit.
There is a safe in the room which can be hired for a small daily fee.
Lovely appartments - very clean and spacious . Excellent service from staff at all times. Found the courtesy bus very useful. We had a great time and would love to return. Would highly recommend this hotel

Famous for its boisterous nightlife, Playa de las Américas attracts youthful revellers, as well as budget family holidaymakers, from all over northern Europe. By day the young slumber on the black-sand beach while families can enjoy one of the many attractions such as the dolphin show at Octopus Aquapark, or Parque las Aguilas (Eagles Park) to see free-flying birds of prey. A boat trip from neighbouring Los Cristianos to La Gomera is recommended.
