"For all the different meals and restaurants we went to something was always missing. They were always out of bacon, guacamole, French fries, French toast, etc. the pool would close at 8pm daily but the swim up bar closed at 6pm. Pool towels were only available from 7-5pm but pool closed at 8pm, which doesn’t make sense. No was willing to help, find a solution or even attempt to get anyone else to help. "

One of the best parts was the incredible view. The sunrises were amazing and the full moon was spectacular. The condo itself was well maintained and nicely set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A very short walk to the beach and a wonderful beach to walk on. Be sure to check out the Mezcal Bar (Mezcaleria Quiermeme Mucho).Very pleased with this property and the area. "

The spectacular ocean views were breathtaking, and having our own private infinity pool, along with access to two additional pools on the property and a beach bar, made the experience feel luxurious and effortless. Huatulco Vacations was great to work with. They addressed any small concerns we had promptly (and they really were small!). The property manager, Ricardo, and the entire villa staff were absolutely outstanding. A special mention goes to Merced, who provided daily cleaning service — she was not only efficient and friendly, but an absolute delight. She often went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and top-notch.The only two suggestions is perhaps an additional lounger on the deck (as the villa allows for 6 people and there are only 2 deck loungers) and for guests who are not able to walk the hilly paths to areas in the village a quicker response from the reception as to the length of time a cart would be available for transport. We would happily return and ecommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed getaway with incredible views."

La casa muy bien equipada y con la ventaja de la 2da piscina que ofrece más sombra que la principal. Áreas a mejorar los colchones y ropa de las camas dejan mucho que desear, no hay sistema de audio ambientacion y nuestra cocinera con falta de experiencia en cocinar mariscos ."

This was our first trip to this part of Mexico and the area surpassed our expectations with its beauty and peacefulness. Within this spectacular area, Montecito Beach Village is an extraordinary collection of architecturally superb homes set into the hillside with cobblestone roads, golf cart only access, excellent fitness room and amazing landscaping. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the Cala Club was a perfect place to relax and enjoy great food and drinks. Access to Bocana Beach for surfing and swimming is very easy and MBV is only a short drive from shopping and restaurants.Our only disappointment with this villa was the poor condition of several of the major appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, television. If these are replaced with appliances reflecting the quality of the rest of the villa, we would definitely return."
