The manager had use fill out additional information that the Expedia should have already had from the online booking. He then also makes the customer put $100 additional payment for incidentals not rendered by us. Using our credit card again at check in. We had not dog and did not smoke. The toilet seat was also not attached properly and was missing one of the two attachment screws. Unacceptable!

Positives: Staff was very helpful and responsive once you could find them, location was optimal for viewing the 2024 solar eclipse totality. Negatives: Flaking paint and food cooked onto the inside of the microwave, shower curtain a little slimy, very limited breakfast options, broken vending machines, all of the outlets in the room were inexplicably loose causing A/C plugs to just fall out.

Room was dirty unvacuumed, toilet not clean, no toilet paper roll it was broken. The sheets on bed were stained. When brought to the attention of check in person, he said so sue the hotel you’ll win. We drove 5 hours to get there and slept in our car. Awful!!!

Our room.was fine but my daughters didn't have a tv remote and it took 90 minutes to get one. The service is poor and the breakfast subpar. My husband tried the coffee and spit it out. The juice machine was not working. But the rooms were clean and comfortable

I would say this motel is decent for the price nothing sticks out as great. However the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were 2 adults annd I asked for an extra pillow(there was 3) and blanket we’re told these did not come with our room. We also requested an extra towel (there was 2) and also told not included with the room. The continental breakfast consisted of muffin or cheerios coffee or tea.

Pretty sad, you pay almost $100 per nite to get 1 ONE stained up wash cloth with holes in it, a half used bottle of shampoo and used bar of soap

Heading north for my husbands birthday. Chose this hotel because it seemed convenient. The man at the front desk was friendly but we were soon to be disappointed upon arriving to our room. The bed was the first thing we noticed. Stains covered the bedspread. The pillowcases looked wrinkled and held stains from a previous guests makeup. This location advertised an indoor pool yet the pool room was dark, closed and upon further inspection it held no water whatsoever. This room cost me $122. And they held an additional $100 overnight. The front desk employee did bring new sheets, a different blanket and a pillow. But these items still smelled and we chose to not use the pillows as they smelled and had stains. The sheets he gave us I covered the carpet and mattress with. I did not feel comfortable and hardly slept. I really wish I could find a way to contact someone to help with these issues

The comforter had dark stains, the towels had dark stains. There was a molding water damage spot in the bathroom. One of the bed side lamps had a stort and would turn on and off.... had to unplug as we worried about a fire hazard. It took 2 hours to get a 2nd towel for a room for 2 people, only had 1 in the room. Upon check in we requested a late check out and requested my card was charged for late check out at 1:00 pm. Beginning at 10:45 housekeeping was knocking on the door, informed them we had a late check out. 3 more times in a 2 hour span, someone was knocking and trying to enter the room, all prior to 1:00. We have never been so disappointed in a stay anywhere

Not a good place...
The pool was dirty. The guest service was really bad... they gave us 4 towels for 8 people and they tell us that the hotel was full so they didn't have enough towel for everyone. The breakfast was terrible.... only white toast with butter and waffles.

Disappointing Super 8–not so super…
We had 7 rooms for a week. Our room keys never worked, requiring multiple trips to be electronically re-keyed. Breakfast was provided—all carbs—and when something ran out (eg peanut butter or jam) it was never replaced. No hotel room service—“we don’t make beds”. Well situated property with indoor “unheated”” pool/-no one could swim. With routine maintenance the motel could be nice, or average. But it fell short.

The room was adequate. Took a while to check in because credit card machine wasn’t accepting anyone’s cards for incidentals. Sketchy people hanging around the property, so made sure we parked in front. The bed was hard, but clean. The shower water pressure was fine.

This hotel needs a lot of updating to its decor. Despite that, the beds were comfort and the pillows were great. Great place for an overnight stay in your travel.

The place is a dump! The key system did not work so I was unable to access my room. I was asked to take the universal key unlock my door, leave it open and return the universal key. Totally unsafe for all guests. Breakfast was pathetic.

Checkin took 55 minutes. We were given our room key only to find a room that the room had not been cleaned and the bed was unmade. The front desk clerk then proceeded to make up a different room with clean bedding and towels, no cleaners for toilet or sink, no vacuum and no toiletries. We requested a room on the main floor due to a heart condition and ended up carrying everything up to the second floor to a new room. The free breakfast was no better everything was empty. Peanut butter, grape jelly, butter, muffins and oatmeal were all empty and no one cared to fill anything. The hotel is in a horrible part of town. Stay somewhere else. This place is awful to say the least.
