Upon check in it took over ten minutes for someone to come help us at the desk. Then as we made our way to the elevator a lady with 3 large dogs exited. Her dogs lunged at my two younger children. The pool was closed and our room was stained on the walls and sheets. The carpet had a layer of filth. And because we pre paid for this we can’t get a refund. Would not suggest to anyone.

They had to transfer us to another room. Cable didn't work. Called front desk, phone rang for about 30 rings. Nobody picked up. Went down to the front desk, nobody was there. Finally got into a cleaner, nicer room where everything worked.

The staff was courteous and room clean. I was disappointed as I had specifically booked because it stated it had a hot tub. It did have a “spa tub” but it was only warm and was not really a hot tub with all jets working 😢. The door at front states that it is locked at all times, yet remained open and no one was at the front desk each time that I walked through. Convient right off the highway and close to great stores and restaurants.

Our first room was dated,musty and drain was backed up they offered to change rooms we took it and this room was cleaner when we arrived they told us the jacuzzi was not working and area near pool under construction offered to give us a cancellation however booked through Expedia could of offered us a voucher or free night but nothing doing kinda booked for the jacuzzi was unaware it was not working til arrived

Room was clean but bathroom tub took a while to drain. Pool was open but hot tub was not available. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was okay nothing fantastic. Few choices such as scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal. Juice was watered down and would of liked yogurt and more variety of pastries but it came with the cost of the hotel whoch was resonable. All in all a good stay

Depends on what you are looking for. We got a good deal for a one night stay and we’re hoping for the best. I he inside of the room we had was ok for one night, decently clean and comfortable, although double beds are tiny with two people in them. Property is run down, especially the pool area. The front desk people were pleasant. The smell of weed was strong throughout the hallways. The breakfast was pretty decent. It’s close to things if you’re looking for a basic stay but I don’t think we will stay again. We were drawn in by the idea of a hot tub but will spend more to get better accommodations next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have given five stars except the shower water was not hot and had very low water pressure. It made a huge difference since we stayed during December. Additionally there was only one tiny little garbage pail and none in the bathroom. Not accommodating for females

Hotel is very dated. Furniture is stained, as is bedding. Window looks as if it had 100 hand prints on it. TV did not work correctly on initial startup but was able to figure out. Pool area was in need of desperate maintenance and the water was not clear but heavily chlorinated. Staff was friendly

I stay here because the location is convenient, I can bring my dog, the rooms are clean, and the price is right. The staff is always polite and efficient. I wish they had a dog walking area with a place to deposit poop bags. Also tidy up the areas in back, please.
