« The stay was great! The host was great with communication and was very understanding. We had a small misunderstanding with the neighbor, but the host was very kind about it! « We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...

« From the beginning, the communication with Boris was great. He was always quick to respond.The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the outside of the property were a little deceiving. It seemed a little unkempt so we were concerned about the inside however, the inside is nicely decorated and clean.Our only complaint was that there were several simple maintenance items and additions that could be improved to make the property an even better experience. « Great clear communications, easy check-in, SUPER easy check-out :). Every convenience you'd expect in a large home yet in a compact space without it appearing crowded. Amazing how they have a bed, couch with lounger, large TV, hidden full sized washer and dryer AND kitchen in one pleasant efficient space. Super cute updated bath. Nice and cool despite record heat & humidity. Our only regret is that we weren't around enough to use the porch, deck or yard. »
