"Property was the perfect home base to explore Michigan. Less than 20 minutes from Sleeping Bears Dunes and less than 5 miles from beach front at Lake Michigan, it allowed us time to explore instead of wasting time driving. Teenage sons enjoyed the lake and boats provided with the rental. Cabin was clean and spacious for our family of 4. We’d stay again! "

"This well kept Cabin is beautifully nestled off the beaten path in Empire. While secretly tucked away, still quick enough to drive to the surrounding areas for amazing activities to do and sites to see. We enjoyed Empire Beach, Tubing on Platte River, Empire Bluff Hike and Pyramid Point Hike. Breathtaking views of the beaches-never salty clear water so refreshing. The dunes can be hiked or beautifully viewed. Electric bike ride from Glen Arbor to Empire was an amazing last day activity. Bruce was an host! Anything you need he is easily accessible and communicative, while respecting our privacy. We would definitely book again! "

"This house was great in so many ways. It's quite new and obvious in how it was designed and curated for guests to enjoy. The bedding was great, the kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities, and the bathrooms were big and very clean. Huge bonus was the proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes and the cutest little town of Empire."

"We had a great week at the house and can’t wait to come back again! Everything was clean and plenty of basic supplies were available. We enjoyed the porch swing, firepit, ping pong table, and grain bin areas. The location is the perfect mix of quiet seclusion while being close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. "

"Everything about this stay was perfect. The rolling hills, the landscaping, the view, the quiet, all so beautiful and spacious. The sheep with an incredibly well-trained herder dog put on quite a show. That was fun! We used the kick ball field, the bonfire pit, the horseshoes, the volleyball net and brought our own badminton net, cornhole game and croquet..... all set up at the same time in what we came to call the "bowl". We walked the trails, had coffee on swings on the hill and spent countless hours in the heated and very well kept up pool. Indoors we found time to play hide and seek with the kids and lots of ping pong! The finished lower level would be a great place for watching movies/playing games, but the weather was so nice we were outside most of our stay. We only had a couple of questions for Chris because everything we needed was on site.and laid out clearly. She was great at responding quickly and we enjoyed meeting her and chatting as she cleaned the pool in the mornings. She's really a cool person!We had six adults and three children....everyone loved it and hopes to return!"

"Must Stay! This is a cute and cozy Bed and Breakfast in a perfect central location, within walking distance to downtown. Throughly enjoyed morning talks with our host, Toby.
