In detail the levels offer the following facilities: \- a spacious living room with TV and air conditioning \- adjoining dining room \- modern, fully equipped open kitchen \- laundry room with access to the garage \- guest toilet with washbasin The upper floor offers the following bedrooms and bathrooms \- bedroom with air conditioning, double bed 160x200 cm and bathroom en suite with shower \- air-conditioned bedroom, double bed 150x200 cm \- air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm \- bathroom with washbasin, shower/tub and towel dryer, \- separate WC The plot of about 650 m2 is fully fenced and closed and next to a garage, an additional outdoor parking space is available on the plot. In front of the living and dining room there is a spacious covered terrace with a dining set and an additional sitting group. The swimming pool (5,30 x 3 m - heatable against fees - 130 Euro per week) is equipped with beautiful lighting for the evening hours and an appropriate number of sun loungers and parasols are of course available.
