Sunrise and Sunset views! Located on the shores of Pine Lake, our vacation home offers an amazing view of Lake 3 plus beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Indoors, we offer plenty of space for you to spread out while enjoying your vacation with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas- one on each level, a large fully-stocked kitchen, two dining areas, along with a beautiful sunroom that offers a beautiful 180 degree view of the lake. On the upper/main level, Bedroom 1 offers a King bed and a private full bathroom with walk in shower, Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on the upper/main level. On the lower/walk out level, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed and a beautiful lakeside view, Bedroom 4 offers a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and and Twin bed. There is an additional pass-through room between the kitchen and bedroom 2 on the main level that has a futon if you would like an additional sleeping space. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the lower level with a walk in shower. Outdoors, we have a shaded patio for dining and lounging, a raised deck, and a balcony off of the sunroom that is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise! There is plenty of yard space for yard games (we provide a set of corn-hole boards for our guests to use) and our home is at lake-level so there are no steep stairs required to enjoy the lake. We offer a dock if you wish to bring your own boat. We also offer three complimentary kayaks for our guests to enjoy! BRAND NEW for 2024, we have added a ping pong table! Challenge your guests to a friendly ping pong tournament! We have also added a new kayak launch dock, allowing for easy loading and unloading from our kayaks! During the winter the lake is popular for snowmobiling (we have room to park a snowmobile trailer), ice fishing, ice skating, or just enjoy a relaxing get-away at our home-away-from-home! In order to ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of our home for all our guests, we do not allow pets in our lake home. Our 4-year-old granddaughter had the time of her life catching fish (and releasing), riding her bike down the hill (paved road with only neighbors cars), going on walks, kayaking with her father, baking with me, and sitting by the fire pit at night. This was the perfect place to retire to in between long days of riding. Beautiful setting. Open and airy inside and out. Just a suggestion, would be nice if there was some directions for anything that we needed to do upon check out. The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. It is easy to communicate with the owner and reasonably priced. House has a lot to offer. We rented a pontoon enjoyed the lakes, and ate at many local establishments. (Pine Lake Diner, Grove St Cafe, Four Roses Cafe, and Bowens Family Dining.) I would recommend this home. ##### Cassy G. They have everiything you could need. The owners were very great to work with even when I had to change things around due to confusion of people coming. This property is a home and feels that way when you are there. I would give them the highest rating and if I was in need I would want to return. We had a lot of rain while we were there, but all the windows still let us enjoy the view. When the rain finally cleared, we were able to fish off the dock and have a fire in the firepit. There's tons of room for people to sleep, and all of the sleeping areas feel contained, so there's plenty of privacy to be had. The wifi was a little touch-and-go during the bad weather, but was otherwise reliable, and the pipes are a bit noisy, but it didn't inconvenience us in any way. Beautiful views. Well kept house. The house is very clean and has so much room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked! There was even a cheese grater for our parm! We cooked all of our meals this trip and it was a breeze in this kitchen. The views of the lake are incredible. Morning coffee on the screened in porch was a highlight every morning. The outdoor space is awesome. We played cornhole by the lake and all the kids had fun taking the kayaks out. Our teenagers really enjoyed taking kayak adventures on the whole lake. The lake wasn't crazy busy so it was nice to be able to swim and kayak. There was plenty of outdoor furniture. When we left our kids were already asking when we can come back here!
