Television did not work. Upon check out staff seemed to be indifferent to the situation. I wanted nothing for the inconvenience, however, they hardly acknowledged that I had told them. Night staff at check in was very personable I will stay again when I am traveling through. The property is conveniently located and clean

Pictures were very misleading, this hotel is rundown and very out of date on everything. The front desk staff was the only decent part of check in. If it so late and the fact that we already drove 2 hours I would have found a much nicer hotel!

Needs an overhaul. The room smelled weird. The heater didn’t get hot and the air smelled weird. No comforter so got cold at night. You can hear the freeway traffic in the room. The walls are thin and could hear the conversation in the room next door. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room I stayed was shabby. Smell like an old room. Some stains in a char, curtains, walls. Room light shade was half broken. I could hear my neighbors TV sounds...etc But cost-wise, this is good deal (around $80 for me per night). So, if you are looking for a reasonable room and you are happy if you have a bed, this is the place you should try. If you'd like a fancy room, you should avoid this place. Beds are okay.

The room was in dirty and in terrible shape. Stains on the carpet, sink broken, curtains ripped, smelled bad and the toilet wasn’t stable and was leaking.

No hot tub as advertised. Window won't close. You can't listen to the tv with the broken heater on. It's the tv or the heater. I had to sleep with my coat on. The room is dirty. Dirt in endstand drawer, Stains on carpet. Suposed to be a disabled room. I have a broken back this room was on the second floor all the way at the end of the hall the bathtub was to high to get into the shower. Definately one of the worst properties I've ever stayed

Hotel should not be open
First night the room was terrible! Downstairs Door jam not connected cold air came into room, curtains torn, heater controls very dirty, bed broken down not comfortable. Next morning went downstairs front desk moved us to better room! Thank you to person who gave us a new room😀 2nd room bed comfortable, cleaner. found out hotel was doing renevations. Hotel should not be open! Would not go there again!

Cheap motel
Took awhile to get chrcked in because of a shift change right at check in time. Request of a security deposit that was over $200. Room was in shabby condition with stained rugs, worn furniture, stain on the ceiling, dirty end table. Bed was comfortable at least.

No staff at desk when trying to check in two times. First time no notice as to where staff was or when they would be back, waited 10 minutes and left. Second time, no staff present but there was a notice that they were out on property but not when to expect them back.

The clerk was great. Refunded immediately after we went to and quickly left an uninhabitable room. My 88 year old father opened the door and turned to me and said it's not made up. I looked straight through open door. Asked my Dad's companion to stay in car. I went in room. The bed had a mattress pad halfway on the bed. Bed linens were tossed on a piece of furniture, as you stepped in, you were assaulted by the smell of URINE. Window was wide open, bathroom and room dirty. I don't know of a living thing that could have occupied that room. My Father was NOT going to be that creature. So we put the two small bags back in the car and went back to office where, as I said was refunded immediately and really showed no concern for that room's condition. We left and found a beautiful place across the freeway that opened a room for us so my Dad could spend a night with his companion for his 88th birthday 🎈🎂 NEVER again will I book for a Rodeway Inn room again. Park bench would be cleaner and safer.

It has a famous old school grocery and counter cafe directly next door called Ikedas. On the other side there is a great breakfast cafe serving lunch as well. Very clean and all the amenities of a major hotel. Safe, ironing board and iron, microwave, coffee and tea maker,etc... Front desk lady could be a bit more personable but hey, that's life. Good value.

Definitely an older property. Elevator was very dirty, and the operating permit expired three and a half years ago! Breakfast was fine with many food options.

The room was about 85 degrees when I checked in at abot 10:30pm. I turned on the a/c on then showered. The hand held shower head leaked in every direction. I came out to brush my teeth and the faucet felt like it would come off in my hand. I then turned on the tv and found that there was no signal. I decided to go to bed, then realized that the bed was still about 85 degrees. Knowing that after no one would answer the desk phone that nothing would be done, I spent until about 3am between covering myself (a/c) & uncovering myself (bed heat). When I told the desk clerk that I would'nt be back because of it, she replied "Don't tell me."

Decent stay, besides the place is a bit old, bed sheets has some stains, there’s a nice breakfast branch place next door, and some other dining options close by. Staffs are very nice and welcoming. Would stay again.

Things were shabby light switches didn't work, shower valve were hard to work. If you just need a place to crash its just fine Breakfast looked good but didn't eat there had other plans.
