From the outside the hotel looks nice. Unfortunately the property is unpleasant from the inside. Suite room was tiny. The hallway smells musty. I checked in on Monday afternoon, the receptionist was cold and unfriendly. The room was clean minus the hair in the sink. The room smelled like a motel. The microwave had a neon bright blue light which is next to the tv, don’t need to say how unpleasant watching tv was. When I arrived there was a working elevator and one that was broken. By the time I woke up in the fifth floor, both elevator were broken. Eh hotel at best.

The room was clean but they were having problem with water heater and low flow. One elevator was out of service and the other one bounced most of the time as it was slowing down to stop. Pillows were awful, either to firm or much to soft with no support. We have been staying there for the past 6 years when we come visit family and friends and this was the least enjoyable. Best part is the kitchen lady during the week, she is so nice, helpful and she always remembers us which is amazing. She deserves a raise!

Josh was welcoming, great with my check in, and super helpful. The room was very clean, but there were some minor cosmetic dings I noticed in the bathroom. I did wake up multiple times due to noise in the halls, the ice machine, cars outside. Overall, for the price, it was well worth the stay. I'm glad to have a trusted place to sleep when I need to return to the area.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hot tub was dirty and cloudy, but there had been recent rains so perhaps not the hotel’s fault. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Would use again.

The bed was comfortable, neat and clean. The room had everything we needed: good TV, clean towels, microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, couch and desk. There was a grouping of nice framed nature photos on the wall giving it a more home feel vs. some weird abstract hotel art. We appreciated the liquid Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as the hand lotion and the cutest tiny Dove bar to wash your hands. I gave a 4 on cleanliness and staff because the carpet had a couple stains and the front desk receptionist lacked personality.

The process towards checking in was smooth, once we got into our room we noticed our window was not closing properly so it was extremely cold in the room. We called room service to come help close it they told us someone will be with us shortly, after 20 minutes no one showed up. Later that night we walked back down to ask about the window & they showed up within minutes and came to deal with the window. The walls were a bit dirty. The breakfast was a bit limited, no gluten free options.

OK stay for one night. People kept slamming doors and was very noisy, very thin walls. Bed was super uncomfortable but you get what you pay for.

The shower and sink neither one provided hot water. When I told staff she did seem to care. She had me write my name on paper so a manager could call me. I never got a call. No offers for any compensation for having to take a cold shower!!

Bathroom had boogers on the wall next to the toilet paper and on the door frame. Bed and pillows were atrocious. Woke up in extreme back pain. Noise level was unbearable. You could hear the adjoining rooms TV and every movement in the hall way. Under the main door was disturbing light from the hallway. Groups of kids were running the halls freely at 11:30 pm. Please enforce a curfew or make sporting teams sign a behavioral contract.

My sister and I traveled together and felt so safe and welcomed by the front desk. The room was very clean as well. A great place to stay while on our road trip for a quick, safe place.

After servicing my room, my hotel room was left open. Went to the day manager to express my concerns, he saud he woyls wtite an incident report then call me in my room after he got dine with another customer but I never heard from him. It was very upsetting . Someone could of came in my room and he dismissed my concerns
