We are always very happy when we stay here. Our favorite room is on the bottom floor, so sometimes when someone is the room above we can hear the walking around. And sometimes people can be noisy right outside your door. But we still like it here a lot.

Check in was quick and easy. Wendy got us a 1st level floor room which we greatly appreciate. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good. We would return and recommend this place

The property was clean. The room was VERY clean and very comfortable. Lots of television channels. The showers had great pressure too! I had two interactions with staff and both of the staff members were AMAZING! Friendly, courteous, and helpful. A great hotel choice if you’re in Auburn.

This was a nice property BUT the walls are thin!!! We heard the tv on one side of us and a HORRIBLE cough on the other side of us all night! Yikes!!!!!

The front desk staff was incredibly nice. I was shocked how friendly they were. They accommodated us with my sons service dog & gave no trouble. They have a nice sized grass area for the dogs to potty & smell around. It was rainy & muddy but was nice because you don’t see a lot of properties that DONT have dog poop everywhere. Their breakfast was great & even though the juice bar was broke, they still accommodated with juice carafes. The thing that sold me was the cleanliness. I am SO picky with cleanliness & check the beds & tub & not a single speck of hair or nastiness. I was impressed. The ONLY thing & it’s my fault because I forgot to say something was there were some ants going somewhere. They weren’t pests for us nor a huge amount. It wasn’t bad enough to move rooms. The place was impeccable except under the bed lol. You can tell it’s get forgotten. The shower was so clean my son was able to take a bath. That’s RARE.

A/C-heater unit ran loud and rumbled all night long. Woke us several times. No cable programs to TV despite resetting converter box. Bathroom faucet valve sprayed water across counter.

This property was sub standard for a Best Western. They had me on the 2nd floor and no handicapped accessibility. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and they water took so long to go down the drain. The tv remote didn't work properly at all. It took at least 30 minutes to figure out. I called to ask what time breakfast was on Saturday and the lady was quite curt with her response. Breakfast sandwich was rock hard. Heat lamp did not heat the bathroom. Never again!

Superb Auburn Sojourn - Best Western is Best
From the moment I checked in, everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk, Windy, greeted me by first name days after check-in. Even the breakfast is tasty. I felt treated like family and appreciated as a customer. The stay exceeded my expectations.

I found this Best Western to be the Best! absolutly the nicest people who were supportive and caring. the rooms were very clean, dated yet kept up nice. i would absolutly stay here on my next trip to Auburn. it will be my go to home away from home.
