Location within Placencia village, unbeatable! The apartments are spacious and clean. Due to the flooding this year, the apartment smelled of mold, but it wasn't terrible. The shower didn't want to drain, so that needs fixed. \*Primary complaint, unlike previous visits, one of the other apartments had roughly ten people staying in it and it was day and night chaos. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south.
