The villa is upscale and loaded with special features exuding casual luxury - a turret with the 3 iguanas mural as you enter, many varieties of tropical trees and plants, ceramic tile and tropical hardwoods throughout, lots of comfortable lounge chairs, custom-designed upscale bathrooms, AC, marvellous mattresses, combination safes and kitchen/kitchenettes in each suite, a private dock on the water and to top it off – a roof-top terrace and plunge pool! Completed in 2016, our 1st (ground) floor "Hibiscus Suite" boasts a full kitchen - full size fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc, in addition to AC, a safety deposit box and a small television. Also provided: hair-dryer, umbrella, bathrobes, bath and beach towels. This suite has a studio layout and has one queen size bed, a sofa-bed suitable for a young child and a separate bathroom with shower. Body wash and shampoo are provided. Prices vary throughout the year: High Season (December to June): $125\. Low Season (July to November) $100\. A peak rate applies for 2 weeks over Christmas. There is a restaurant/bar next door with live music and great food. Although there is a restaurant, there is still plenty of peace and tranquility. The timing of the noise is just right. The size of the unit works - not too big, not too small. I like the touch of the bathrobes, not everyone in Belize provides them, but they should. Annelise and Doyle are the best. Accommodations were great! Location is perfect. Very quiet and safe. Having a golf cart there was perfect to get us around anywhere we wanted to go. The entire set up at 3 Iguanas is exceptional. We loved the resident cats that were always around and were very receptive to us petting them. Annelise always provided us with anything we needed that we may not have brought. Doyle makes the best food in the village. Smoked brisket, fresh grilled lobster and fish, coconut rice, and grilled veggies. We loved just hanging out with the hosts in the evening and enjoying a cold beer. They are very down to earth and so easy to relate to. I could go on and on... let's just say we will be back with our friends next time. Can't wait! ##### Marc C.
