Welcome to Casa de la Vista, your private beachfront home in an exclusive, upscale area of the Placencia Peninsula. The home blends comfort with Caribbean charm and amazing ocean and mountain views. Upstairs is the main, light filled, open living area along with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views from each of the living areas as well as the outdoor veranda which runs the length of the house overlooking your private beach and ocean. French Doors lead from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to the large covered veranda. Christine you have one beautiful home here.The property manager, Leo was on top of every adventure we wanted to do. Every day we did something new. The property is located perfectly. Where shopping ,restaurants, grocery store are very easy to get to with just a short car ride maybe a couple minutes only. We are already planning our next trip back to the same house beautifully located on the Caribbean Sea.. Christina thank you for letting my wife and I stay at your place. The house was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, amazing views and containing everything we needed for our stay. The pictures don't do it justice - the beach is even more exceptional in person!What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality from Christine, Leo and team. They were incredibly responsive, provided great recommendations and went above and beyond in every way. They took such great care of us during our visit, even ensuring the beach and sand were cleaned daily. Their attention to detail exceeded anything I could have imagined.We loved our time here and sincerely hope to return many more times. It was the perfect home for a family vacation, and I can’t recommend it enough.Note: for those traveling with infants, you'll need to take precautions as the house isn't necessarily toddler-proofed (although they even had a pack n play ready for us!). But we expected that and came prepared / paid extra close attention to our toddler when they were outside and by the stairs. The location is key- close enough to many great restaurants and bars but far enough for the seclusion we desired for our honeymoon. We used it all: kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and all were in good working order. This house really was everything you need in Placencia. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had an in-home chef make a meal one night and they were able to do it all without needing to bring anything but the food. The AC blows cold, deck views are amazing, and bonus of having a smart TV helped with our quiet nights listening to the rain. This house has it all. I would stay again without question. It’s the best place to stay in Placencia, especially for the price and location. It is close to several good restaurants, and getting to the local towns is super-easy.The house is perfect for families (we are a family of 5, including 3 teenage boys). Easy access to the beach, nice pool, plenty of space to relax.Beautiful area. The location was close enough to town but far enough away. The owner has thought of everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board everyday. We went to the waterfalls, mayan ruins and even cave tubing. There were quite a few options for meals if you didn't feel like cooking. Thank you for a lovely adventure. The property is clean very spacious and well equipped for cooking in home. However, the food around the area was delicious. Leo the property manager on site made all of our reservations for ruins, fishing, and what ever else we requested. We caught red snapper and snook then Leo had 2 wonderful ladies come prepare it at the house for my birthday dinner. Highly recommend this property ##### katie W. We spent most of our time at the tranquility resort celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday. The house had everything we needed for a great stay in Belize. Definitely get a golf cart if you don’t have transportation, it was a fun way to get around. The only minor issue we had was the 3rd bedroom was more like a converted sunroom with shutters and very small with very little storage space, but the couple that stayed in there loved it. I just didn’t notice it in the photos. The balcony was definitely our favorite!!! It was beautiful and had the best view for morning coffee. Would definitely rent this house again! Upon arrival, we found the property to be even more picturesque and beautiful than the photos showed! Also, the rooms were much bigger than we imagined and the kitchen had everything needed even for a larger grouo our size. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable for a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Our family enjoyed the pool which was private and inviting. We also loved using the kayaks and paddleboards which to us was like icing on a cake! We would defintely highly recommend this property to anyone going to Belize and we would defintely stay here again the next time we travel to Belize!! The house is very comfortable. Traveled with spouse and another couple. We stayed in the master bedroom that overlooks the ocean and woke up to the sound of the ocean. The Master has its own bathroom. The other couple stayed in a back bedroom and used the main bath. They said they were very comfortable. The upper deck was great for coffee in the morning. The lower deck with the pool is great in the afternoon and evening - covered and breezy. Would definitely book again. ##### Florence M. This was our second stop after a visit in the jungle and we were very much looking forward to staying on the beach. The house is directly on the Beach and the view is right off of a postcard. Truly magnificent. It was HOT when we were there and we all (2 adults/2 boys) used the pool every single day. The pool was magnificent because it is covered and offered some relief from the extreme heat while you also get to enjoy the beach view. The house itself was wonderful - I loved the tile flooring and the layout of the porches and decks. It was very well appointed with plenty of beach/bathroom/kitchen towels. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver after staying in the jungle. The kitchen had everything you would need, plenty of glassware and cookware. The air conditioned worked well. The manager was on point - the WiFi went out during our stay and the manager immediately called the internet company to come troubleshoot - they had it fixed that day after several visits. Leo - the manager - also helped organize a rental car and excursions, and was easy to reach and communicate with. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It was a truly lovely stay and I highly recommend this property. ##### Ingrid N.
