Welcome to Casa de la Vista, your private beachfront home in an exclusive, upscale area of the Placencia Peninsula. The home blends comfort with Caribbean charm and amazing ocean and mountain views. Upstairs is the main, light filled, open living area along with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Christine you have one beautiful home here.The property manager, Leo was on top of every adventure we wanted to do. Every day we did something new. The property is located perfectly. Where shopping ,restaurants, grocery store are very easy to get to with just a short car ride maybe a couple minutes only. We are already planning our next trip back to the same house beautifully located on the Caribbean Sea.. Christina thank you for letting my wife and I stay at your place. The location is key- close enough to many great restaurants and bars but far enough for the seclusion we desired for our honeymoon. We used it all: kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and all were in good working order. This house really was everything you need in Placencia. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had an in-home chef make a meal one night and they were able to do it all without needing to bring anything but the food. The AC blows cold, deck views are amazing, and bonus of having a smart TV helped with our quiet nights listening to the rain. This house has it all. I would stay again without question. It’s the best place to stay in Placencia, especially for the price and location. The view from this home is amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple small issues but I told Christine about them and she was very responsive. The owner has thought of everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board everyday. We went to the waterfalls, mayan ruins and even cave tubing. Our young adult children loved the deck, paddle boards, and access to the beach / ocean. We loved the quiet of the location and the proximity to restaurants and activities. Leo was fantastic and scheduled all of our excursions and surprised us with fresh coconuts when we returned one evening. The property is clean very spacious and well equipped for cooking in home. However, the food around the area was delicious. Leo the property manager on site made all of our reservations for ruins, fishing, and what ever else we requested. We caught red snapper and snook then Leo had 2 wonderful ladies come prepare it at the house for my birthday dinner. Highly recommend this property ##### katie W. My family of 4 (myself, husband, and teen daughter/son) had a wonderful stay in the Plasencia area of Belize! The house was immaculate and well furnished! He and his family/employees were very hospitable the whole week, helpful with travel arrangements, as well as setting up private excursions for our family throughout the week!
