It had more a business vibe to me, which is fine, but I think it could use a concierge to help travelers who want to explore the nearby vineyards and to provide solid suggestions on where to eat and what to do. "This is a good hotel if you’re on a budget and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room however, whilst being in the correct class I booked did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The hotel is in Kléber Square which is great as a central location although it gets noisy throughout the night (drunks and the homeless). The windows need sound-proof sealing. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Overall this hotel has the basics although don’t expect luxury."
