Unique place that is spacious and stately. If you are interested in old fashioned professional and personal attention then you will be impressed.
This place met my expectations for a unique boutique style small hotel experience. Luxurious bathroom, proper king bed, loved the separate metal bath. One issue was the hot water tap not being quite hot enough when filling up the bath. Somewhere convenient to place your toiletries at the sink would ...
24 hour access. Food available 24 hours. Mirror near to electric socket would be helpful for drying hair.
Everthing excellent staff-food whole package great! stayed in room 1. all good perhaps shower and window could do with an up grade sometime in the future that said i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone a very nice experience.
This was a wonderful and beautiful hotel. We stayed here after meandering the day through the Cotswolds. It was a nice room for our family, two adults and two toddlers. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
Beautiful stately home. Lovely neighbourhood. Staff is very friendly and eager to accommodate. We especially enjoyed the common living room with “honour” bar to relax with friends. Breakfast was delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend the Cheltenham Townhouse - you won’t be disappointed!
I wasn’t expecting much of a breakfast but was very pleasantly surprised! It was great to have discounted parking too. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was clean, the amenities in the room was very satisfactory and the continental breakfast choice was very good.
