The staff were outstanding and made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the large pool table was entertaining. The covered parking outside our room was excellent. Our meals in the restaurant were delicious and delivered by courteous, thoughtful staff. We only stayed here because Toowoomba was booked out but it was so good, we will definitely be back.

The room was clean and quiet. The major problem was the glassy surface of the tiles in the shower/bathroom. My colleague told me that he almost fell down three times on the extremely slippery floor of the shower. I checked it out and agreed it was deadly so had to place towels on the floor of the shower for grip. The towel rail was loose and clearly had been that way for a long time. There was no ceiling light switch to access beside one of the three beds. Extraordinarily the room does not provide any bowls, desert spoons, or knives - there is no sink apart from in the bathroom. The Manager didn't show any enthusiasm in greeting me upon arrival - he just went through the motions. The two of us were joined by three others for dinner in the onsite restaurant - the main course took an hour to arrive. Obviously we will never return. Peter H
