"Could check in at 3pm like most hotels. I get there at 8pm and was told my room wasn’t ready yet. A lobby full of people waiting for their rooms. Waited until 10:30pm, still no word on when my room would be ready. Had to leave and get a hotel somewhere else. They refuse to give me a refund "

"This was my fourth time staying. Previously it was a great experience, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. This time the beds were squeaky and bathroom was dirty. Next time no matter where I stay i will be asking for a room away from any main doors and elevators. Starting at 3 am all we could hear was opening and closing of manual sliding glasses doors. We arrived late so to late to ask for another room we were tired and thought it be fine until 4 am "

"very noisy, doors slam hard, very noisy other people staying there was in and out all night, party 2 doors down till 2am, worst coffee ever, breakfast was gone by 8am, will never stay there again"

"Very clean and orderly, staff was nice and available. Continental breakfast was okay- offered eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes right in the lobby. Gym was small but it would make do. Shower was great and water pressure was very good. "

"The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The tv kept having pixelization issues but outside of that I enjoyed my stayed."

"No staff on site at all for check-in or security purposes, or anything else. Lobby locked with no amenities. Insects in the bathroom, street level room access made me uncomfortable, safety wise. Property certainly not as attractive as the photos appeared. The place gave me a creepy vibe overall and I could not stay the night. Low-ish cost was not enough for me to ever try another stay. "

"Easy check-in. Great location. Very clean unit with plenty of room and a fenced yard for dog. Owner was always responsive when I had questions. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family spent Christmas here, to be close by my daughter & grandkids. I had every thing I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Lots of plates, silverware, utensils, appliances, and my grandkids had a blast with the ping pong table in the converted garage. "
