I did have an advantage as I had grown up in this area so I was familiar with the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable; loved the large kitchen with access to a fenced backyard for our dogs. Wish we had been able to enjoy the patio but we had other obligations but it looked like a great place to kick back and relax, weather and time permitting. It was a great neighborhood to walk the dogs but suggest going across the street unless you want a Pittsburgh cardiac hill workout! I would caution anyone who has mobility issues that this is a typical Pittsburgh two story so the steps could pose a problem but the couch was super comfortable so you could stay downstairs if needed. It was great not having to do on street parking; very spacious parking lot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ##### ANNETTE B. Everything one could possibly want for a comfortable home away from home. Convenient to groceries, restaurants and minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Great, safe neighborhood for walking the pups. We planned a weekend trip to Pittsburgh for some baseball games and this was the perfect place to stay! Less than 10 minute drive to the stadium. The neighborhood was very nice! Our 3 day stay in Pittsburgh was very nice. House close to downtown and shopping. The house is a nice older property, with everything needed to cook and etc. Made us feel comfortable and the beds are amazing. My host Megan was very nice and replied immediately to any questions I had. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Pittsburg.
