Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, parks, and more!
Uber / Lyft are your best bet, or take a scooter! Pittsburgh has been voted as one of the hardest cities to drive around in. Lawrenceville is comparatively easy, but as an older neighborhood, there are lots of narrow streets, one-ways, and more to keep you on your toes. 1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing' and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
7. While our home is pet friendly, excessive shedding, mud, damage, etc. may require an additional charge. The pet fee is $49 per stay.
8. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et emplacement.
3 night stay on Butler St., Lawrenceville, PA
We were looking for a nice play to stay while visiting our daughter in the area. This apt. on Butler St (#2) of a renovated building of six apts., definitely had pros and cons.
The Pros: Great location (right on popular Butler St.), pet friendly, nicely decorated, extra touches with amenities, comfortable bed and apartment.
The Cons: While the location on Butler is a plus, it has its drawbacks - noise level. Being on the corner of a bustling street like Butler, you have a bar right next door and surrounding restaurants. Since apt. 2 is on the main level to the street, there is a lot of late noise from the bar and people walking by, then the trash and delivery trucks Very early in the morning - which is understandable. The shared laundry is Right below you, and the people going up/down the steps to the other apartments is also loud! (Only a door separates the apt. and the steps. Can hear Everything.) If you are a late night person(s), no problem!
A situation did occur in which we contacted the property manager. Instead of offering compensation towards that stay, a discount was offered for a future stay at one of their properties. “It’s not the mistake, but how it’s handled.”
