The stairwell had a distinct smell of pot. There was a smoke alarm going off loudly and consistently. The soap and shampoo were empty in the showers. Not all the hand towels and wash clothes looked clean. Downstairs neighbors threw a loud party Saturday night with music so loud it was like we were playing it ourselves. As soon as we entered, my wife had an asthma attack which she didn't have in years. Naturally, we left the property immediately and booked the hotel.
