Well managed however, the advertisement said it was a two bedroom apartment. It was not. It was a one bedroom and there was a pullout sofa in the living room. There were three adults so Two slept in the one king bed one slipped on the sofa. because one slept on the sofa. We had nowhere to relax and just hang out because that was where one guest was sleeping. There’s one closet so there was nowhere for us to put our luggage and stuff. We paid for parking in the garage and we got locked out twice. Again it was clean and neat, but it became an uncomfortable situation for us for a week. So what could be improved? the main thing is stop saying it’s a two bedroom because it’s a one bedroom and that’s unfair to the people who are looking to have a good vacation, only to arrive and realize that the two bedroom apartment is a one bedroom apartment and you have three adults. It’s hard to enjoy your time when you’re in the apartment. Disappointed that this allowed to be advertised like it is. Shame on the owner and shame on VRBO for permitting it!! ##### Johnnie S. There is nothing else but medical facilities on the (long) block, but there are good cafes and restaurants and grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. There is olive oil and an impressive spice collection in the kitchen, as well as a variety of cooking implements.Three things to be aware of:When we were there, the air had a strong chemical smell. It seems that the whole building was renovated in early 2025 and everything is off-gassing. There was also another chemical smell in the condo. This should get better with time, but don't stay here now if you're chemically sensitive.The owner uses a "Boarding Pass" app that will require a photo of your I.D. and face, and also a small security deposit or insurance payment on top of what you pay through VRBO, before you receive check-in information.The bed is on the firm side. Also, you may need to remove the light bulbs from the wall sconces and charge them before you can turn on the bed-side lights, and we found them too dim for reading a book in bed -- for those of us who still read books instead of phones before bed. ##### Lori K. It was the perfect amount of space for my stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I felt completely safe in the area, which made the experience even better.
