This studio maybe at one point was bright and fresh and clean , but it’s run down and dirty now. I actually bought cleaning spray to clean the surfaces . One of the chairs had a broken arm. The walls were all banged up and the blinds all bent on the door which made it feel really run down. See the attached photo of all the mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. It made the whole hall and bathroom stink so bad like mildew and mold. I am insulted and disgusted. We felt abandoned and forced to endure unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions throughout our stay. This an apartment, so no personal help at all from an onsite manager. All communication is through text or email, access is with codes (which didn’t work upon arrival). Neighbors cook every night with very strong odors throughout hallway and apartment. Door to bathroom is a pocket door, very difficult to lock for privacy. No coffee for provided Kurig.
