It’s close to where we need to go. The property is little outdated. The breakfast was ok. But $160 per night is very reasonable

Close to lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall condition of the hotel is poor. Room smelled like a sock and had a gross looking stain on the couch. End table was really grimy looking. Everything else was fairly clean but i probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh. Right next door to the ball park, 5 minute walk to football stadium, and 30 minute walk to ppg arena. Lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Very safe and friendly area to explore.

We went for a baseball game and it is in such close proximity to the stadium. Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was spacious and clean.

This hotel was wonderful. Within walking distance of so many different restaurants, museums, and lots more. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly.

We were booked months in advanced but they were worried aboit having enough space for us. They put us in a handicapped accessible room which is fine. The blankets were dirty with stains i asked them to come make up the bed and they through a bag in the room with extra blankets. The fire alarm went off for a false fire for only the handicapped rooms. I asked how long it would take since it was 3 in the morning they said to just move rooms. My wife and our 4 kids moved rooms at 3am which made everyone sleep in. When i asked for a late check out because we were still exhausted they gave me an extra hour. Breakfast was decent though and the bar is not an acrual bar they can only make simple drinks. 2 cranberries and vodkas that were middle shelf vodka cost 36 dollars.

The property advertised a restaurant on site. They do not have one. They also advertise that they had a swimming pool. However, it was closed all week. But it had water in it.

The check in process was horrible. Im from out of town and wasnt greeted properly, nor explained how parking worked at the lot or that they actually took it out of the deposit. Any services, perks or breakfast wasnt discussed at the time of check in. I get it, we can have bad days but keep your personal life seperated from your work life. I traveled from out od town and chose to stay at the Hyatt due to the location not knowing a whole lot about it. When i walked in to check in it just wasnt a friendly welcome and the lady seemed like she had an attitude and wanted to take it out on me. Not a good first impression.

This was a great location for what we needed. Very clean only sad part was when we were down at breakfast a lot was gone and not refilled. Overall, definitely would stay again!
