This is a great place to stay however, they ask for an enormous deposit, which makes no sense for local people.

Unfortunately our trip was forced to be cancelled by the severe storm that was happening along Buffalo and up forwards Pittsburg. We were not allowed to travel along the highways and could not make it there. It was after our cancellation period, and we made it as far as the border (from Canada to USA) but the hotel along with Expedia was able to refund us for our stay still. We are very appreciative and we will try and stay here next time we are coming to Pittsburg for a competition!

Staff here is always awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the coffee is always hot. Everyone here always does a fantastic job!!!

My tv didn’t work for my 2 night stay. I told mgmt and they sent housekeeping. They in turn sent the maintenance manager. The manager reset the the tv and told me he would return but never did. Breakfast was just pastry because something was wrong in the kitchen.

Staff was great!!! Room nice only comment is tv service was tiling but direct TV is famous for that. Not much you can do about that. Great hotel was awesome staff. Will be back

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem we encountered was a broken toilet seat and the container of body wash was empty.

These big flying insects are actually spotted lantern flies. They are a new species that recently migrated to our area. They do not bite, and as of now, they do not know how to keep these pesky fellows away! I do apologize that you were caught up coming into the invasion, but we are doing our best to keep them away. I do hope that the rest of your stay at our hotel was enjoyable.

I stayed at the hotel for one day with my family. The cleanliness, maintainence, and room service were all decent and I liked the hotel. Furthermore the complimentary breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed it. The one issue was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay and I had a nice experience there.

The hotel is fine. Despite their talk and signage about cleanliness, they never cleaned our room during our stay. Other than that. Everything was pretty average.

Our room was not cleaned for 3 of the 5 nights
There were signs everywhere on the property and including in our room about how "cleanliness " of the rooms and property was major concern to the hotel company. We told the front desk on 2 separate occasions that we wanted some sort of compensation for no housekeeping and they said the General Manager wasn't in and would call us to discuss this, but we have not heard from anyone. We checked out yesterday and have not heard a word as front desk said no compensation without the GM handling that request.

They over booked and adjusted our room to a single bed suite. We needed 2 beds for the number of guests we had. I believe they gave us a room they normally wouldn't book as the water in the bathtub wouldn't stop running and whenever you turned on the water (or not sometimes) the pipes would bang and make an incredibly LOUD noise for at least 30-60 seconds. This was so loud you could hear it on the hallway and woke everyone up ALL NIGHT LONG. When we mentioned it to staff the first night they said they would send maintenance - they did not. When we mentioned it at checkout they said they would provide a credit - they did not. Overall the experience was horrible and compounded by the fact that the staff did nothing to rectify the situation. From having the wrong room, to a room that kept us up all night. I would NOT recommend.

Though a bit off the beaten path from the downtown area, it was a very nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The place was clean and in nice condition. The only complaint was the elevators are really small.

We could hear the upstairs neighbor’s plumbing - sounded like a downpour in our bathroom. I actually had to go make sure their plumbing wasn’t leaking into our room it was so loud. Our door did not latch properly automatically - we had to push it closed each time. On a positive note - the bed was comfortable and the heat/air unit was quiet while turning on and running.

Great stay, it's clean, the breakfast is good and the location is convenient to shopping and highways for travel. One day of my five night stay, the cleaning staff didn't come, but I'm not one to make a mess, and I made the bed, so no big deal. There were extra towels and wash cloths in the bathroom, so no worries there. There's a bit of road noise from the highway, but overall, I'd recommend it.
