Given room keys with a smile, get to room and it’s OCCUPIED AND DIRTY! Moved to another room, dirty, moldy, cobwebs everywhere, vent in bathroom hanging off. Walls filthy. Door didn’t freely close had to be slammed. Gym?… it was a room with a treadmill with a basket of moldy towels. Just unbelievably unsanitary!

Very inappropriate. No one was at front desk when I arrived. A woman came out shortly afterwards looking very high like maybe she was sleeping. Her supervisor was on the phone screaming and yelling. I would never book with this place ever again. I feel very disrespected!!!

Staff was wonderful. Property a little worn. Even though the rooms were non smoking, found a marijuana butt in mine from previous guest that was not cleaned up.Nevertheless, a very good value for the money spent.

Nice space, dirty and run down, very nice staff
Beds were made but only one bed had blankets. The hotel is generally run down. It is smoke free, but the smoking area is right outside the back door and cigrette butts are everywhere on the ground.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life... First room we got had a broken tv, broken toilet and the ceiling above one of the beds was literally looking like it was gonna cave in... The room we were then assigned to had stains on the beds, the heater barely worked and it just was so unpleasant , if I hadn't been from Canada and driven a far distance I would have stayed somewhere else

As soon as I walked in the rate of marijuana, the people behind the desk were very rude. My room wasn’t ready either and when she told someone to go do it, she said, can you make the bed really quickly not even clean the room just make the bed we walked in there are stains on the wall and it was just completely disgusting. I didn’t spend the night at the hotel. I was only in the hotel room for a hour, then left and I didn’t even spend the night. It was just awful.

Yuck!
I should’ve taken a picture of how dirty the bathroom wall is. Looks like splattered body fluids brownish/reddish yuck! The smell as soon as you open the door to your room, will never forget. The scrambled eggs for breakfast looks & tastes like fake eggs. I couldn’t eat it and I’m not a picky eater.

No blankets
When I checked in, my sheets had dirt on them, and so I asked to change rooms. They did move us to a room which appeared to have cleaner sheets. That night I realized that me bed had only a light sheet and an extremely light bed spread. I had a restless night of sleep but thought I would just get extra blankets for the next night. As I learned, there was supposed to be another blanket on the bed, it had just not been put on. I kindly asked for a blanket and was told they had given it and any other extras to other customers. Apparently all other rooms were occupied as well. There was no effort to fix the situation. I was basically told I was out of luck. So once again I was without a blanket at all. The stay was, without a doubt, the worst case of comfort and cleanliness I have experienced.

This hotel was terrible the whole place is disgusting. Room was mit cleaned at all. Vent fan in bathroom hanging off the wall,floor lamp broken leaning against the wall. Numerous other issues to many to mention. Employer at front desk extremely rude. I have never stayed at such a disgusting place and we travel a lot. Complained to the front desk but nothing was done about it.

This hotel was a nightmare from the moment I set foot inside. I was handed the keys to someone else's room, walked in on a stranger, and the front desk lady's response was nothing short of shockingly rude. After finally getting the right key, I entered my room, or should I say, my personal chamber of horrors. The ceiling hung precariously above my head, threatening to crash down at any moment. The fire alarm dangled from the wall like a noose, and the air conditioning unit looked like it had been used as a punching bag in a heavyweight bout. If that wasn't enough, the fridge welcomed me with open arms - filled with a thriving colony of mold. The blankets were adorned with fresh stains that could only be described as grotesque, and cigarette burns covered them like a plague. To make matters worse, my son discovered unspeakable stains on his blanket, which I strongly suspect were left there by the mischievous staff. When we requested a new one, we were informed that they were out of comforters. So, no more comfort for him. Breakfast was an exercise in misery, with diners packed in like sardines, forced to practically share bodily space as they prepared their meals. The staff had absolutely no regard for personal boundaries, leaning over your plate as if they were auditioning for a role in a horror film. The orange juice tasted as though it had been squeezed from a fruit that had spent a decade marinating in a sewer. And let's not forget the shower, a diabolical contraption that

Good location. Hotel is not horrible but could definitely use a update and a cleaning staff that can come to your room everyday. Had lady come first day to provide new towels and didn’t have any room service after. My major issue was room/bathroom not being cleaned

Broken commode, broken hair dryer, not the cleanest. Convenient place to spend a night right off the turnpike
