Was approached by a lady late night at my truck who seemed very interested in what was inside of my vehicle asking for money and food. Excellent amenities shadowed by perpetual fear of being robbed or shot. Neighborhood is super sketchy but newly gentrified. We were yelled at by a drunk woman stumbling into the beer distributor next door. Overall i would stay again but not if my children were with me.
