Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. I really enjoy the apartment and I will be renting from them all the time if I can. Place was kept clean. The only thing was checking in at night. I did not see how to do that. It really bothered me that I could not get in touch with someone really quick. So I had to go to Google and open everything copy and paste. It doesn’t open well in Safari their check-in. After I got checked in then things went a lot smoother. But I absolutely loved the condition of the place very very, very clean and private.
