The apartment was clean and mostly as-advertised. The host was responsive to questions, communicating quickly. The small window AC unit in the bedroom was not adequate for cooling the whole apartment during a couple of very hot days and I was not able to get the temperature of the apartment below 83 degrees, even with the AC running at full power day and night. The parking area for the apartment had trash/discarded items left nearby as well as homeless folks dumpster-diving.

Great communication from the manager, but I would only rate the place as average. Only one piece of artwork to adorn the walls so it was a bit drab. The futon cover was questionable. All circuits tripped in the bath which I finally traced down to the GFI outlet. We couldn’t use the dryer as the exhaust was disconnected and we didn’t want to risk carbon monoxide poisoning. On the plus side the bed was very very comfortable, parking was right outside the door, nice restaurants and a bakery nearby, and it was quite clean when we arrived. Some attention to detail and some nicer furnishings would boost this place by a star. While I probably wouldn’t stay there again I can’t say we had a bad time. Good luck!

Location was perfect for us. We could walk to Southside Flats, and walk to see our son and son-in-law. Lots of places to eat. There was a restaurant right next door but you would never know it was there as our sleep was not disturbed. Definitely recommend and we will definitely Stay here on our next visit.

Tom was thorough, polite and extremely quick to answer any questions I had. You can’t beat the location with so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

#### What a cute place!

Had everything you could need even a laundry wash and dryer in the unit…warm, cozy, next to good stuff - lapalapa and over the bar were recommended by Tom both awesome will stay again next time im here so much cheaper than that darn hotel too
