Amazing views, rooftop patio, contemporary design and furnishings are just the beginning for your amazing stay at our cliffside paradise. This architecturally stunning home offers a fully equipped kitchen, two decks to dine and relax on. Beyond its walls, you can visit the nearby Station Square shops and restaurants, Monongahela Incline, Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, Warhol Museum, the Rivers Casino, or watch the Penguins at PPG Arena, Steelers at Heinz Field, and the Pirates at PNC Park

Family and friends can come together at this charming 3-bedroom home overlooking the city of champions! The Roanoke Trail starts across the street from the house where you can get more amazing good views and ample exercise in and around Grandview Park

Property Access During the Winter Months and Snow Events in Pittsburgh

The Jaw Dropping Views from this property are thanks to the location on the cliffside of Mt Washington. The road to the property is steep and narrow and can be a challenge in winter weather conditions. While the City will maintain the road, we have no control over how soon or how often plowing and salting will occur. Therefore, we recommend that you consider using an all wheel drive vehicle during your winter visit. Motorcycles and two wheel drive vehicles are not optimal during snow events. Furthermore, large vehicles like RV's or oversized passenger vans will not fit on the streets or driveway and not recommended at any time of the year. Consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the winter months in case you are unable to access the property during your booked dates. This hasn't occurred for a guest at our property yet, but we want you to be aware that it could happen. Weather and road conditions are not the responsibility of the property owner. We keep the property's driveway and sidewalks clean and clear for our guests in Winter, provided access is available to our snow removal contractor.

Such a great place to stay to experience Pittsburgh! Convenient and accessible to all of the city experiences. Property was well equipped, well maintained and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoyed everything about this place and would highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. It was secluded yet had beautiful views of the city. We were able to head downtown restaurants and other locations within 10 minutes. The city itself is beautiful and it was convenient to stay at such a great location. The house was warm and inviting. There was great communication and we would love to stay here again.

Came to town for a baseball trip with some friends and overall this was a great place to stay, with views that were as spectacular as advertised. We didn’t rent a car and had never been to Pittsburgh, so we didn’t realize that while close to downtown and Carson Street, it’s not very walkable just due to the steep hills and topography in the neighborhood, but other than that it was a great spot that was pretty well located to hit a number of sights and sounds in the area. Nice place and if we had to come back, we would stay there again.

This place has an amazing view of downtown Pittsburgh. I was very clean and quiet with modern and new appliances, ect. The roadway to the home is very steep with a hairpin turn at street. The home next door is also a rental. There are two what appear to be abandoned homes down the street on the dead end. There is a nature trail access across the street. Be careful on the nature trail as there is an urban area at the top of the hill and it appeared to be a bit of a sketchy area to me. I'm not from the area and don't know the neighborhood at all. I didnt feel terribly comfortable walking around at the top of the hill. Otherwise a cool experience. Roof top and deck also have amazing views.

Amazing experience staying at this property and communicating with the owners. The property is exactly as described and depicted: well-equipped and clean, technology-enabled sound system and television, well furnished rooms with every amenity you will need! This property was in great condition, neat and clean, with nice decor, and beautiful views from just about every window in the home. Also had a rooftop deck we enjoyed with a fire pit. The beds and linens were very comfortable as well. We interacted with the homeowners several times and they were pleasant. Of note, the home was in a bit of a secluded, undesirable area. We were in town for the Pink Concert, Steelers Training Camp, and a Pirates game. Also went to the Andy Warhol Museum. House was conveniently located to get to all those venues but you cannot get there walking from the home - you have to drive to a parking garage and then take public transportation - which was very easy to navigate. We would recommend staying here.

The moment we stepped into the house, its beauty took our breath away. It matched the description perfectly, and the elegant design was truly captivating. We were delighted to find that all the amenities we needed were conveniently available. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Pete and Terri’s warmth and hospitality. Their quick responses to our queries and their genuine efforts to ensure our comfort went above and beyond our expectations. Staying there felt like being welcomed into a home away from home.

The house was beautifully decorated, nicely furnished. The views are absolutely stunning. I visit Pittsburgh several times a year as I have family in the burbs. We brought friends who had never been to Pittsburgh and decided to look for a rental. So glad we found this one! This house and its location provided an amazing and proper introduction to the city. I would most definitely stay there again.

If this property doesn't WOW you from the moment you step in then the view from all the windows and balconies is sure to absolutely impress. It was such a fun place for our kids too. The games in the basement kept them occupied while the adults relaxed.

Even without the view this would be a really lovely home to spend time in, but the stunning city views are what makes it unforgettable. We enjoyed our four evenings here while visiting some Frank Lloyd Wright homes and other museums and sites in Pittsburgh. If I return to the area (likely, since I was born just 90 miles away) I would very much look forward to staying here again.

The pictures don’t lie - the place is beautiful and has amazing views of the city. We visited for Easter to see our son at Pitt. Great kitchen for entertaining, well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Owners communicated with us leading up to and during the stay. Driveway is steep so think about the car you bring - my F150 had a bit of a hard time turning around but that’s the price you pay for a view such as this.

Awesome house close to downtown, Heinz field, station square etc with magnificent views of the city. House was clean, modern upgrades and convenient location. We easily had room for a family of five. We went for the Christmas Eve Steeler game weekend and had a blast at the house. Great communication with owners who were nice enough to extend our stay a few hours Christmas Day when our flight was canceled. Look forward to staying again in the future and look forward to checking out the roof top deck when it’s not snowing :) Highly recommend if you are visiting Pittsburgh area

Though we suffered from weather complications, our stay was comfortable - enjoying the magnificent PGH views and an amazing crow swarm each afternoon. Beautiful property, comfy beds, and space for all. Great kitchen made it easy to Holiday snack and dine "ringside" over the river. We'll be back in warmer weather!

We stayed in this house over Thanksgiving week, while in town visiting family. The most impressive thing about this place were the views!! The house was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, and the master bath shower was amazing. We took daily walks up the trail, located just outside our front door. The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute to so many great restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely fast in responding to messages. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10!!!

This is an amazing property, as the photos show. We loved all the technology that the owners have installed, especially the Sonos speaker on the rooftop patio - nice touch. An excellent place for an evening glass of wine... The only small downside for us were the trains that regularly passed by at the bottom of the hill, a formerly industrial area. We live in a very quiet suburb, and are not used to city noise. The owner was super helpful, and very responsive. Overall, a great experience - highly recommended.

This was a family get together for us to celebrate Father’s Day and enjoy our first trip to Pittsburgh and the house and hosts did not disappoint! The house was just absolutely amazing- clean , beautiful, amazing views! And any communication with Terri was answered immediately! 5- stars and would definitely return!
