Quiet street, but steps away from an abundance of shops, restaurants and more! 💫10 beds (all memory foam mattresses) 💫3.5 bathrooms (1 on each floor) 💫Fully furnished back patio with dining table/ comfortable sofas! 💫Free off-street garage parking 💫24/7 Guest support from my team and I 💫Very high end furnishings throughout the home 💫Fully stocked and equipped kitchen Welcome to our beautiful 3 story home in Shadyside! The home can comfortably sleep 16 guests and is well furnished throughout the entire home. Large groups will be very comfortable here and we\`re excited to host you! First floor: Enter through the front door with the smart lock and enter into a wide open living room/ dining room area. Immediately to your left is a super comfortable dream cloud modular sofa centered around a 55\` TCL Roku Smart TV. This makes a great space for bonding, relaxing and hanging out at the home. Just past the living room is a dining room with a table that seats 10 people. All plates, cups, and cutlery are provided and is enough to serve 16 people. Just past the dining room is a very high end fully remodeled kitchen. You will have everything you need for cooking and dining here. Beautiful stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave. Plenty of cabinet space as well throughout the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a half bathroom as well. Exit off the kitchen and find a peaceful back deck that is furnished with a sofa and hanging egg chair for a fun spot to hang out in peace and quiet. Just off the deck there is a 6 seater outdoor dining table with umbrella. To top it off we have a grill out back for all dining needs outside! The second floor: The second floor has plenty of sleeping options and includes 3 of the 4 bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms. The first of the three bedrooms is the master bedroom, boasting a king bed with dresser and 32\` TCL roku smart TV and it\`s own private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed with dresser/ 32\` TCL Roku smart tv. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a desk and dresser. Connected to this third bedroom is another private back deck that has a comfy sofa, making it a great spot to hang out on too. At the end of the hall way there is a second full bathroom with direct access from the hallway. The third floor: The third floor has tons of extra space and beds for you to enjoy! There is one bedroom on the forth floor and this one includes two beds, one full and one twin. In the common area, there is a day bed (full) along with a futon that folds into a twin sized bed. Additionally, on this floor this is an air mattress as there is plenty of space for extra guests to sleep if desired. There is a fun fooseball table and dart board on this floor too making it a fun area to hang out in too. Lastly, there is another full bathroom on the third floor that has a double vanity and plenty of space.
